The “Giglio Marino” and “Elicriso” flats are both fitted with two controlled mechanical ventilation systems (Eolo System VMC – controlled mechanical ventilation). These state-of-the-art systems feature internal and external sensors that automatically detect air humidity and maintain it at an optimal level at all times. Furthermore, the system filters dust particles from the air and expels them, ensuring continuous air circulation throughout the flat and guaranteeing unrivalled living comfort.
The modern, centralised Panasonic heat pump system, rated A+ for energy efficiency and individually adjustable in each flat, guarantees rapid response times and extremely sustainable energy efficiency, making it perfect for use all year round.
Domestic hot water (DHW) is produced and controlled individually in each flat via a high-efficiency heat pump water heater, rated A+ for energy efficiency.
