A summer vacation home opened and furnished in July 2023.

In a privileged corner location between Viale Serristori and Via del Corallo, the apartments has three driveways and two pedestrian entrances and is surrounded by a fenced garden, these accommodations represent the perfect combination of modern comfort and natural beauty.

It consists of four environmentally sustainable apartments in energy class A. Due to the rapidity of functions, heat pump heating and sanitary systems allow the apartments to be used at any time of the year.

Individually controlled accessories include air conditioner in every room and water softener with water reserve, equipped with every comfort they are ideal for pleasantly spending vacations at the seaside.

Walking distance to the beach is about 30 meters with easy access from Via del Corallo.

Each of the flats has a surface area of 70 square metres, in addition to exclusive outdoor areas and have private parking, gardens, porches and furnished terraces for an unforgettable stay.

Seashell Beach

Largely free with easy access from Via del Corallo, La Conchiglia beach stretches from south to north forwarding for about eight kilometers until it reaches the town of Marina di Castagneto Carducci.

The Etruscan Coast stretches for 90 km from Livorno to Piombino.

Nineteen blue flags have been awarded to this stretch of coast in 2023, three of which have been awarded to the beaches of San Vincenzo.

The apartments for rent at the Villa Ari residence are located along the coastal strip of the award-winning blue flag and green flag beach La Conchiglia.

It is, however, a fascinating corner of Tuscany where, in the hills of the hinterland, the traditions of ancient medieval villages coexist with modernity and the colours and flavours of the seaside.

• The kitchen in all flats has direct access through a French window to facilitate dining outdoors, on the terrace - porch or in the garden.

• Guests 6, rooms 2 and sofa bed. All areas are intended for guests except for the technical room to which will have free access to the staff in charge of the necessary checks and reforms.
  House rules; Overnight stay is not allowed to people not previously registered. It is forbidden to host people for whom documents have not been provided to the landlord or agency for the mandatory notification of Public Safety. Pets allowed, Events that may disturb other guests or the neighborhood not allowed. Kind guests are reminded that beach chairs and umbrellas may be used for the beach but by ordinance upon leaving the beach at any time during bathing hours they must be removed. The stay is regulated by regular short lease, deposit required.
  One-time € 150 for final cleaning and supply of bed and bath linen, excluding kitchenette, which remains the guest's responsibility. N.B : Cleaning of the kitchenette is not included in the cleaning fee, which remains the responsibility of the guest; if not carried out at check out, € 100 will be deducted from the security deposit.

• Each bed will have hygienised cotton mattress and pillow covers and additional disposable covers.
