Guests 6, rooms 2 and sofa bed.It consists of a living room-kitchen and two-seater sofa bed, a spacious double bedroom and a twin bedroom, and the bathroom has a convenient shower stall. All areas are intended for guests except for the technical room to which will have free access to the staff in charge of the necessary checks and reforms.

House rules; Overnight stay is not allowed to people not previously registered. It is forbidden to host people for whom documents have not been provided to the landlord or agency for the mandatory notification of Public Safety. Pets allowed, Events that may disturb other guests or the neighborhood not allowed. Kind guests are reminded that beach chairs and umbrellas may be used for the beach but by ordinance upon leaving the beach at any time during bathing hours they must be removed. The stay is regulated by regular short lease, deposit required.
One-time € 150 for final cleaning and supply of bed and bath linen, excluding kitchenette, which remains the guest's responsibility. (Cleaning kitchenette € 100).
