The kitchen has direct outdoor access to facilitate passage for outdoor lunch or dinner in the garden.

Guests 6, rooms 2 and sofa bed. It consists of a living room-kitchen and two-seater sofa bed, a spacious double bedroom and a twin bedroom, and the bathroom has a convenient shower stall.

All areas are intended for guests, with the exception of the technical room, to which the personnel in charge of inspections, maintenance and replenishment of systems will have free access from time to time and only when strictly necessary during daylight hours. Access to the outdoor areas must also be allowed during daylight hours to the personnel in charge of looking after the garden or anything else required for the upkeep of the house. Access to the flats for any reason whatsoever shall be agreed upon at times fixed from time to time.

The standard stay is weekly, from Saturday to Saturday, or in multiples of this period. For arrivals and departures on other days, please contact us.

House rules:

Overnight stay is not allowed to people not previously registered. It is forbidden to host people for whom documents have not been provided to the landlord or agency for the mandatory notification of Public Safety.

Pets allowed, Events that may disturb other guests or the neighborhood not allowed.

Kind guests are reminded that beach chairs and umbrellas may be used for the beach but by ordinance upon leaving the beach at any time during bathing hours they must be removed. The stay is regulated by regular short lease, deposit required.   

SECURITY DEPOSIT :
A security deposit of € 300 is obligatory, to be paid on arrival in cash or by credit card as guarantee.

The villa cleaning fee is €150.00.

N.B : The cleaning cost does not include the cleaning of the kitchenette, which is the responsibility of the guest; if not carried out at check out, the sum of € 100 will be deducted from the security deposit.

- cot or camp bed € 30 per week
- high chair for children up to 3 years of age € 15 per week

Sanitized cotton mattress and pillow covers and an additional disposable cover are provided for each sleeping berth.
