• SECURITY DEPOSIT :
  A security deposit of € 300 is obligatory, to be paid on arrival in cash or by credit card as guarantee.

• The villa cleaning fee is €150.00.
  N.B : The cleaning cost does not include the cleaning of the kitchenette, which is the responsibility of the guest; if not carried out at check out, the sum of € 100 will be deducted from the security deposit.
