• All areas are intended for guests, with the exception of the technical room, to which the personnel in charge of inspections, maintenance and replenishment of systems will have free access from time to time and only when strictly necessary during daylight hours. Access to the outdoor areas must also be allowed during daylight hours to the personnel in charge of looking after the garden or anything else required for the upkeep of the house. Access to the flats for any reason whatsoever shall be agreed upon at times fixed from time to time.

• Sanitized cotton mattress and pillow covers and an additional disposable cover are provided for each sleeping berth.
  

• SECURITY DEPOSIT :
  A security deposit of € 200 is obligatory, to be paid on arrival in cash or by credit card as guarantee.
  N.B : The cleaning cost does not include the cleaning of the kitchenette, which is the responsibility of the guest; if not carried out at check out, the sum of € 100 will be deducted from the security deposit.
