The system regulates humidity levels by automatically switching air exchange fans on and off, guided by two temperature and humidity sensors (one located outdoors and one indoors). These sensors determine the precise moments when ventilation is beneficial for optimal humidity control. The two Decentralized Mechanical Ventilation (VMC) units are installed in high-moisture areas (kitchen and bathroom), while the opposite living spaces are balanced via core-drilled ventilation vents. The entire system is automatically operated by dedicated control units.
